You may use public and member resources for lawful personal or business learning and creative work. You may adapt outputs you create using our prompts, subject to the terms of the AI tools and third-party services you use.

Restrictions

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or redistribute protected member content at scale, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or use the website to violate another party’s rights.

Creative and educational content

Prompts, tutorials, templates, and guidance are provided for educational purposes. Results from AI tools may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for your intended use.

Intellectual property

The LCYPeak Creatives name, website design, original learning materials, prompt collections, and other site content remain owned by LCYPeak Creatives or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Projects and paid services

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a service agreement. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, ownership, and payment terms for paid work will be confirmed separately in writing.

Third-party services

The site may link to or depend on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee specific business, creative, or financial results.
